Terms of use

What this is

Last Man Standing is a private prediction game for friends, provided by Oakmind (oakmind.co.uk) for entertainment only.

Competitions are created by individual organisers for people they know. Oakmind does not run competitions, pick teams or decide results.

No money, ever

Points are fictional. They have no monetary value and cannot be bought, sold, transferred, withdrawn or exchanged for money, goods or services.

There is no betting, no odds, no deposits, no prizes and nothing to purchase anywhere in the app.

You must not use the app to run or settle any arrangement involving money or prizes. Organisers who do so are responsible for their own conduct and may be removed.

Your account

You need an account to play. Keep your password private and tell us if you think someone else is using your account.

Use a display name that your friends will recognise. Do not impersonate other people.

You can ask us to delete your account and its data at any time (see Privacy).

Fair play

Deadlines are enforced by our servers in UTC. Picks cannot be changed after they lock, whatever your device clock says.

Results come from an independent football data provider. Demo fixtures are clearly labelled and are never presented as real results.

Organisers can adjust points and give second chances; every change is recorded and visible to the player concerned.

Availability and changes

The app is provided as is, free of charge, and may change or go offline without notice. We do our best, but we cannot promise it will always be available or error-free.

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
