Who we are

Last Man Standing is provided by Oakmind, a UK software studio (oakmind.co.uk). Oakmind is the data controller for the app. Contact: support@oakmind.co.uk.

What we store

Account: your email address, a password hash and your display name. Optionally a profile photo you upload.

Game data: the competitions you organise or join, your picks, your fictional points, notifications, and a log of changes made by organisers (for example second chances or point adjustments).

Technical: the usual server logs (IP address, browser type, time) kept briefly to keep the service running and secure.

What we do with it

We use your data only to run the game: showing your competitions, enforcing deadlines, processing results and sending in-app notifications.

Your display name, photo, picks (once locked) and points are visible to the other players in your competitions and to their organiser.

Organisers you have played with can see that you were in their competition and may notify you about their next one. You can mute this in Account.

We do not sell or share your data with advertisers. We do not use tracking or analytics cookies; the app uses one session cookie to keep you logged in.

Football data

Fixtures and results come from football-data.org. We send them nothing about you. Demo fixtures are generated locally.

Where it lives

Data is stored in a Postgres database and object storage operated by Oakmind (Supabase software), currently in the UK.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to its use. Email support@oakmind.co.uk and we will respond within one month.

Deleting your account removes your profile and photo; your picks in finished competitions are kept in anonymised form so other players' results still make sense.

Children

The app is not intended for anyone under 16.
